In a skillet, melt butter and brown the ground beef. Add chopped onion and cook until transparent. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except for flour and milk. Cover and cook over low heat until veggies are tender (20-25 minutes). 3. In a separate bowl, combine flour with 1 cup of milk, stirring until smooth. Add the mixture into the soup and bring to a boil. 4. Gradually add the rest of the milk, stirring often. Be careful not to let it boil.
